We offer you a cost effective and quick to realize alternative to injection moulding with our high-speed milling machines for plastic panels. Especially if a small quantity is required or frequent changes need to be applied to the piece, this technology gives us the flexibility to address specific customer requirements. Therefore, long delivery periods and high costs for injection moulds can be omitted. True to our motto “precision in form and colour” we process all common plastic types.
Furthermore, an additional refinement of the parts though screen printing or hot stamping is possible. At a later stage adhesive components and protective covers can be applied as well. Our modern milling machines can process parts with dimensions up to 1.500 mm. Here our focus lies in the production of components from panel material with a one-sided scratch resistance coating (PC or PMMA) – for applications in the area of control elements.
