If desired, we offer the mounting of protective covers. This protects the components during transportation and further installation or assembly by our customers. The mounting itself is integrated in the production process as a fully automated process which is done by our own machines.
If desired, we apply double-sided adhesive tape or self-adhesive pieces which facilitate further processing in your production. In this field we collaborate closely with well-known manufacturers that gladly provide you with information about adhesive technology and select the required adhesive material for your application.
Precision doesn´t stop after production: An important goal for us is the continuous fulfilment of the product quality determined by our customers. Therefore, we conduct full final testing before packaging the manufactures components. Moreover, the selection of a suitable transport packaging assures a faultless transport of the products to our customer. We gladly assist you in the selection of appropriate packaging solutions or develop special solutions for your products together with our longstanding packaging partners.
